Borgo La Pietraia is the realization of the Scariati family's dream to share their passion for the hospitality and warmth typical of Southern Italy.

The project was born in 2007 from a shared idea with architect Nicola Pagliara, who chose local sandstone as the main element. The gray of the local stone and the yellow of that from Roccadaspide, combined with vividly painted iron and wood elements, define its unique style.

Pagliara, by choosing local sandstone as the primary material, has created a perfect blend between the building and its natural surroundings.
His approach can be seen not only in projects like Borgo La Pietraia but also in other works such as the restoration of historic buildings, the design of contemporary structures, and urban planning.
The careful selection of materials, the design inspired by local traditions, and the focus on hospitality are all aspects that make Borgo La Pietraia a unique place.
